Shared ownership is

affordable and carefree

Each fractional owner holds a deed to

1/13th ownership of the cottage and fifteen

acres of grounds. It can be offered for resale

at any time. (by private sale or realtor listing)

Each fractional owner is responsible for

1/13th of operating expenses (taxes, ins,

repairs, grounds care, furniture replacements,

housekeeping,utilities, satellite services, etc).

Each fractional owner has the exclusive use

of the property for a (6) day (Fri-Thurs) in

every fall, winter, spring and summer season.

Reserved time can be shared with family

and friends or exchanged among owners.
